Misiek is a professional mixed martial arts fighter and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu brown belt who currently competes in the light heavyweight division for the Bellator Fighting Championships. Once a member of the renowned Brazillian Top Team Academy, Misiek now trains with the established fighting stable at London Shootfighters . Your mma magazine currently rank Misiek #3 light heavyweight fighter in the UK, while UCMMA ranks him as #2 best light heavyweight.
Prior to signing with the Bellator Fighting Championship, Misiek fought all over the world in countries such as, France, London England, Abu dhabi, Russia, Poland and next in the USA. During his first 16 professional bouts at light heavy weight, he attained a perfect 16–0 record, winning 15 of these bouts by KO or submission. His loses all but one came when he fought out side his natural weight class at heavy weight.
Misiek, a native of Poland, now living in London for the past 8 years, as well as sporting an impressive professional mixed martial arts record of 16 - 7, nine of which the London Shootfighter BJJ fanatic ended via submission in the first round and 6 wins via KO, 4 of those in the first round, he also hold 4 championship belts in 4 different organisations. He is know for finishing fights and his aggressive style has lead him to become a fan favorite.
With the biggest fight of his career scheduled for January 24th next year (2013) against King Mo Lawal for the Bellator Fighting Championships, the light heavyweight is on course to continue his climb up the international fight table and put himself on the map as one of the very best fighters in the world.
